About Caira

A clearer path for families who should not have to navigate alone.

Caira Foundation is an early-stage public-interest initiative helping families understand child development concerns, find trustworthy information, know their rights, and move toward useful support.

01

Why Caira exists

The journey around a child is often harder than it needs to be.

Families may notice something about speech, movement, learning, behaviour, hearing, school participation, or development, but reliable information and appropriate services often live in different places.

Caira is being built as a calm navigation layer between an early concern and a more informed next step. It does not replace professional assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

The person behind the initiative

Initiated with a commitment to make the journey clearer for families.

Current scope

What Caira is building first.

  • Parent-friendly guidance in Bangla and English.
  • A manually verified directory of relevant services, starting with Dhaka.
  • Clear information about child rights and public support.
  • A rule-based Navigator that helps families organize concerns without diagnosing a child.
04

What we will not claim

Trust begins with restraint.

  • Caira does not diagnose children online.
  • Caira does not present unverified providers as trusted recommendations.
  • Caira does not publish beneficiary numbers, impact claims, or institutional credentials that have not been established.
  • Caira does not collect sensitive child records simply because technology makes it possible.
